These Terms are subject to change at the sole discretion of Social Media Maiden according to the processes outlined below.
Social Media Maiden uses many online tools, including our website, our social media sites, and various surveys and third-party sites. These Privacy Policies and Terms and Conditions apply to all online, e-mail, and social media interactions between You (“User”) and Social Media Maiden. These Privacy Policies and Terms and Conditions do not bind third-party sites or companies. Social Media Maiden encourages You to read those third-party sites’ policies and terms before engaging or interacting with them.
In order to request information relating to our Services, to start your project, or to interact with Social Media Maiden online, you may be asked to enter personally identifiable information (PII) and other personal data, such as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, and information relating to your project.

We have no control over how you have provided access to your PII or your browser via external plug-ins, browsers, or advertising platforms.

If you would like to review the PII of yours that Social Media Maiden has collected or would like to request changes, please e-mail us at email@example.com. It may take up to one week to respond to your request.
The EU General Data Protection Regulation provides individuals with the right to be forgotten. If, at any time, you would like Social Media Maiden to permanently delete any files containing your PII, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or use the Contact form on our website. You should be aware that if you ask to be forgotten, Social Media Maiden will not be able to continue to provide you services that require your PII, including billing or provision of social media services. Social Media Maiden may retain any information that cannot be used to identify you.

Social Media Maiden’s name and logo are registered or unregistered trademarks or service marks. Use of these marks without written permission is a violation of these Terms and an infringement of Social Media Maiden’s intellectual property. You agree not to use these marks without written permission or in any way that would infringe Social Media Maiden’s trademark or service marks.
Social Media Maiden has registered and unregistered copyrighted material on its site, including but not limited to photos, articles, portfolios, descriptions, videos, site organization, and compilations of the above. Use of these materials without written permission is a violation of these Terms and an infringement of Social Media Maiden’s intellectual property. You agree not to use these materials without written permission or in any way that would infringe Social Media Maiden’s copyrights.
Stock images on Social Media Maiden’s website are in the public domain or purchased by Social Media Maiden for use on its website. Social Media Maiden also uses images, logos, and other copyrighted or trademarked material of clients with written permission. If you see an image that is not in the public domain and has not been purchased or used with permission, please notify Social Media Maiden at firstname.lastname@example.org and it will be taken down within twenty-four (24) hours of notification. It may be replaced on the website after appropriate investigation of the complaint.
Any violations of this Section 2 or infringements of Social Media Maiden’s intellectual property may result in a ban from the website, a cessation of services, and a cause of action based on breach of contract, intellectual property infringement, and other available claims. You agree that Social Media Maiden would be irreparably harmed by a violation of this Section and that damages may be difficult to prove. You agree to pay liquidated damages of $250.00 per instance of breach for any breach of this provision.
Other Legal Considerations
Force Majeure. Social Media Maiden will not be responsible to you nor deemed to have breached these Terms for any failure or delay in our performance under these Terms when such failure or delay is caused by acts or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Colorado.
In the event of any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to your use of Social Media Maiden’s website or your purchase of our services, you agree to binding arbitration with JAG under the AAA arbitration rules in Denver, Colorado. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable costs and attorney’s fees.
If any provision of these Terms is invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.
