Master Educator with Beauty Solutions Nirvana
Michelle has been in the beauty industry for 18 years with a focus on Aesthetics, Cosmetology, and Regenerative Skin Care education.
Michelle started her career in managing a 1/2 million dollar cosmetic counter while going to college at age 20. Later, she traded in her experience as a Beauty Stylist at Nordstrom for a position at Veritas Bioactives / Veritas Backstage, working directly with founder and ingredient science guru, Devon Perry.
As Veritas’ Director of Sales and Education, Michelle is charged with keeping all in-house service providers and all regional professional accounts current on the latest ingredient science, aesthetic techniques, and leading edge treatments, including chemical exfoliation, advanced Jessner’s peels, aesthetic laser resurfacing, and Nano-Fractional technology. To facilitate ongoing education, Michelle plans, schedules and teaches workshops both locally and nationally.
Michelle continues to stay active in the industry, seeing clients for clinic days at her Austin Pop-in shop. Additionally, she strives to stay at the forefront of the industry through business building and beauty education workshops. Recent studies include: InSparation Management, AmSpa, Ingredient Science CEU courses, and Advanced Telomere Technology workshops. To boot, Michelle is a diligent ingredient science student and has a master level understand of several product lines including Veritas Bioactives, HairPearl, Venus Concept, Control Corrective, Nutrafol, and ProCell Therapies.
